CVS Pharmacy 3440 West Glendale Avenue Phoenix,AZ 85051 Complaint

I called 8 times to this store and waited on hold each time for 30 to forty minutes. Then I tried calling the general store and left my number with an employee to please give it to the pharmacy. I know that she did it. I had recently had my gallbladder removed and my doc called in a script at another store and I was hoping that they could transfer it or give me a solution. I have been a CVS customer for many, many years. This is appalling. I am transferring my business elsewhere, where I can be treating like a human being. What a horrible way to treat someone who is sick.
